MarketLayers respects the privacy of its visitors.
This Privacy Policy explains the types of information that may be collected or processed when you visit MarketLayers, how third-party services may use that information, and the choices available to users.
MarketLayers is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Public pages are served through Cloudflare Workers, article records are stored in Cloudflare D1, and publication images may be delivered through Cloudflare R2 or related Cloudflare delivery services. Additional analytics or advertising services may be added later.

Depending on the method used, this information may include your name, email address, message content, or other information you choose to provide.
Please do not submit sensitive personal or financial information through public comments.

MarketLayers does not treat this technical information as investment-profile information and does not use it to provide personalized financial advice.
3. Cloudflare Hosting and Infrastructure
MarketLayers is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure.
As a result, Cloudflare may process certain technical information when users visit or interact with the site in accordance with Cloudflare's own privacy policies and service terms.
Cloudflare infrastructure may receive information such as the requested page URL, IP address, browser or device information, security signals, and other technical request data needed to operate and protect the service.
The processing of such information by Cloudflare is governed by Cloudflare's applicable privacy policies rather than solely by MarketLayers.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
MarketLayers and third-party service providers may use cookies, web beacons, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies.
Cookies are small pieces of data stored by a browser that can help websites and service providers:
remember preferences,
maintain functionality,
measure traffic,
understand site usage,
prevent abuse,
measure advertising performance,
or provide relevant advertising.
You can generally control or delete cookies through your browser settings.
Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some website features.
5. Google Analytics
MarketLayers does not currently require Google Analytics to serve its public research pages, but may use Google Analytics or another analytics service in the future to understand how visitors use the site.
If an analytics service is enabled, it may collect and process information such as:
pages viewed,
visit duration,
referring sources,
browser and device characteristics,
approximate location,
and other usage information.
This information is generally used to understand aggregate site performance, improve usability, evaluate content, and identify technical problems.
Any enabled analytics provider processes information according to its own policies and terms.
MarketLayers does not use analytics data to provide individualized investment recommendations.
6. Google AdSense and Advertising
MarketLayers may participate in Google AdSense or other advertising programs in the future.
If advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure, and personalize advertisements.
Google advertising cookies may allow Google and its advertising partners to serve advertisements based on a user's visits to MarketLayers and/or other websites.
Users may be able to control personalized advertising through Google's advertising settings.
Depending on location, applicable law, and advertising configuration, visitors may also be given choices concerning personalized or non-personalized advertising.
MarketLayers does not directly determine all data collected or processed by third-party advertising providers.
7. Personalized Advertising
If personalized advertising is enabled, advertising providers may use information about prior website or app activity to help determine which advertisements are shown.
MarketLayers does not sell personal financial profiles to advertisers.
The presence of an advertisement on MarketLayers does not mean that MarketLayers endorses the advertiser, product, service, security, financial product, or claim appearing in that advertisement.
Advertising is separate from the editorial and quantitative research process.
8. Advertising Independence
Advertising does not determine:
quantitative rankings,
market conclusions,
sector selection,
stock analysis,
research methodology,
or editorial opinions published by MarketLayers.
Advertisers do not receive the right to alter or approve MarketLayers research merely because advertisements appear on the site.
9. Third-Party Vendors and Services
MarketLayers may use third-party services for functions such as:
website hosting,
analytics,
advertising,
content delivery,
security,
charts or embedded media,
and technical infrastructure.
These providers may collect or process information under their own privacy policies.
MarketLayers does not control the privacy practices of independent third-party websites or services.
Visitors should review the relevant provider's privacy policy when appropriate.
10. External Links
MarketLayers articles may contain links to external websites, including:
company investor-relations pages,
SEC or government websites,
regulatory agencies,
financial-data sources,
news organizations,
and other public resources.
MarketLayers is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, or availability of external websites.
Following an external link may result in information being collected according to that site's own privacy policy.
11. Comments
If comments are enabled in the future, information associated with a comment may be processed by the service provider used to operate that feature.
Depending on the service and configuration, a comment may display identifying information such as a profile name or profile image.
Visitors should avoid including:
private financial information,
account numbers,
passwords,
personal identification numbers,
private addresses,
or other sensitive information
in public comments.
MarketLayers may remove spam, promotional material, abusive content, or comments unrelated to the research.
12. Children's Privacy
MarketLayers is a general financial-market research publication and is not directed toward children.
The site is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
If you believe that personal information relating to a child has been submitted to MarketLayers through a feature under our direct control, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
13. International Visitors
MarketLayers may be accessed by users from different countries and regions.
Privacy, cookie, advertising, and consent requirements can vary by jurisdiction.
Where required, MarketLayers or its service providers may present consent controls or otherwise modify data processing based on a visitor's location.
This may include consent choices relating to analytics, advertising cookies, personalized advertising, or similar technologies.
14. European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Other Regulated Regions
For visitors in regions with additional privacy or consent requirements, Google or other service providers may provide consent-management tools.
If Google advertising services are used, MarketLayers intends to use consent mechanisms that comply with applicable Google publisher requirements and relevant regional rules.
The availability and form of these controls may change as legal and platform requirements evolve.
15. California and Other U.S. Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, residents of certain U.S. states may have rights concerning access, deletion, correction, or certain uses of personal information.
The applicability of these rights depends on factors including the type of information collected and the size and nature of the website or service.
Where applicable, requests concerning information directly controlled by MarketLayers may be submitted through the site's contact method.
Information controlled independently by Google or another third-party provider should generally be addressed through that provider's privacy tools.
16. Data Retention
MarketLayers retains information under its direct control only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain site operations, address abuse, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
Data processed independently by Cloudflare, advertising services, analytics services, or other third parties is subject to those providers' respective retention policies.
17. Data Security
Reasonable efforts are made to reduce unauthorized access to information under the direct control of MarketLayers.
However, no website, communication system, hosting platform, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Visitors should avoid transmitting sensitive information through ordinary website comments or unsecured communications.
18. Sale of Personal Information
MarketLayers does not operate a business model based on directly selling visitor names, email addresses, or personal financial information.
However, third-party advertising and analytics technologies may process identifiers, cookies, IP addresses, or usage data as described in this Privacy Policy and under their own policies.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
MarketLayers may update this Privacy Policy when:
new site features are introduced,
analytics or advertising services are enabled,
service providers change,
regulatory requirements change,
or data-processing practices materially change.
The revision date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
20. Contact
Questions about this Privacy Policy may be submitted through the Contact page on MarketLayers.
For privacy matters involving Google products or services directly, users should consult Google's own privacy and account controls.

When third-party analytics or advertising services are enabled, those providers may receive information such as the visited page URL, IP address, cookies, or other technical information as described in their own policies.
Where applicable, third-party providers may offer controls for advertising personalization, consent, and account-related privacy settings.
MarketLayers does not provide individualized investment advice and does not use visitor data to create personalized investment recommendations.
